  Collaboration & Enterprise Social Computing are at the top of the agenda for many businesses, and SharePoint Server 2010 is the market leader in the Collaboration and Social Software for the workplace markets.  But research shows that many organisations are failing to achieve their objectives with SharePoint based initiatives.  This session discusses the potential value that Collaboration and Social Computing can deliver for businesses; presents a framework for deploying SharePoint a set of business services; and explores the challenges and solutions of ensuring user adopton.
